At Kingdom Entrepreneur, we educate and coach Christian entrepreneurs to faithfully steward a business and to lead like Jesus to advance the kingdom of God. I offer executive coaching, spiritual direction and pastoral counseling to Christian entrepreneurs; I write and teach online courses on kingdom entrepreneurship and servant leadership; and I provide pastoral care to a growing community of Christian entrepreneurs and leaders from all over Europe.

Founded as an organizational consultancy, this practice has evolved to combine executive coaching and online education for entrepreneurs and leaders. I have accompanied entrepreneurs as they confront the big management and leadership challenges that come with creating a startup, scaling a business, or reinventing an organization. The focus is on approaches to management innovation, and leadership and organizational development that are particularly suitable for startups and growth companies, delivered through both coaching and online courses.

Welcome, my name is Nicole Schaller and I am serving you as pastor and coach for Christian entrepreneurs at Kingdom Entrepreneur.
I have educated and coached entrepreneurs to tackle the management and leadership challenges that come with starting, scaling, and innovating a business. Prior to that, I worked as a business administrator in European small, medium, and large enterprises in professional B2B industry and services.
With a master’s degree in business management specializing in leadership and organizational development, I am now studying biblical and theological sciences.
As a disciple of Jesus, I know what it feels like to be on a steep learning curve, trying to figure out how to follow Jesus and serve his people by leading. Jesus sought me out right where I was, studying servant leadership. So I decided to share with you how to contribute to building the kingdom of God through entrepreneurship, leadership, and work.
As a community, we seek to grow as disciples of Jesus, step into our vocation and honor God with our work. By building kingdom organizations and engaging in marketplace and workplace ministry, we seek to expand the kingdom of God and represent Christ to the world.
