Organizational Stewardship: A Biblical Approach

This course in Biblical Stewardship is for Christian entrepreneurs working in the secular world. You’ll learn to start, scale and innovate your organization in a biblical way and evaluate secular approaches.

We’ll discuss the big management and leadership challenges that come with starting, scaling, or innovating an organization, and we’re contrasting how to approach them from a secular versus a biblical point of view, and seek to integrate these views.

First, we consider the challenges of management and leadership as defined by leading experts, and give a critical appraisal of secular management and leadership approaches that are considered vanguard. Second, we answer the expressed challenges from a biblical viewpoint, offering a redefinition of the true challenge and real change approaches in light of our identity in Christ.
