Mission of Kingdom Entrepreneur
At Kingdom Entrepreneur, we equip Christian entrepreneurs to faithfully steward a business and to lead like Jesus to advance the kingdom of God.
At the intersection between church and the startup community, we offer courses, pastoral care and coachingservices, as well as a community dedicated to the needs of Christian entrepreneurs from all over Europe.
Courses and Blog
The courses cover topics of Christian entrepreneurship (kingdom entrepreneurship) and Christian leadership (servant leadership). They are available via this website for self-paced study.
All content you find on this website is created by Nicole Schaller. You may use the insights from the courses and blog to develop in your personal, professional and spiritual life. All other uses, particularly the altering, repurposing, or selling of content, are prohibited. Copyright applies, all rights are reserved.
Coaching and Pastoral Care
Pastor and coach Nicole Schaller proposes biblical counseling, spiritual direction, and leadership coaching for Christian entrepreneurs. Nicole Schaller offers these services based on a master in business administration and her ongoing biblical and theological studies pursuing a bachelor in theology.
While all coaching and pastoral services aim to assist you in your personal, professional and spiritual development as an entrepreneur and leader, they serve distinct transformation goals by using different processes.
All coaching and pastoral care — the biblical counseling, the spiritual direction, and the leadership coaching — are:
- A specialized pastoral ministry and professional/executive coaching service, developed to meet the needs of Christian entrepreneurs and leaders working in the secular world;
- Explicitly Christian and biblical in nature, by offering guidance and encouragement from the perspective of the Christian faith and Scriptures; and by applying pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, and Christian coaching, respectively, to the context of entrepreneurship, leadership, and work;
- Focused on helping Christian entrepreneurs to develop in their personal, professional, and spiritual life, conversations revolve around spiritual formation for leadership, not organizational/business effectiveness.
A first, free one-on-one sessions serves to determine, from both sides, if the service is a good fit for you. Subsequently, you may purchase a package of 3, 6 or 12 sessions, payable in advance and not refundable. Pastor Nicole Schaller conducts all pastoral and coaching services personally; should she be hindered to fulfill a contract completely, for example due to illness, we will refund you proportionally.
The pastoral and coaching services are held by scheduled appointments. We both commit to respect agreed upon appointments to the extent possible. If you need to cancel an appointment, please inform us writing to nicole@kingdomentrepreneur.eu at least 24 hours prior to your session – Thank you. In case of repeated cancellations on the same day, or no-shows, we reserve the right to count the appointment as a session fulfilled.
When you take biblical counseling, spiritual direction or leadership coaching with pastor and coach Nicole Schaller, she will personally take care of confidential treatment of all you share. She is your personal conversation partner in private video calls and keeps minimal records offline to prepare for sessions, following good practice.
For training purposes, Nicole Schaller, may wish to share parts of your conversation with a supervisor and peers in an anonymized form; you will be asked if you consent to that. This consent can be revoked at any time.

The Bible demands to keep a confidence (Proverbs 11:13), and to challenge and rebuke a brother or sister in private (Matthew 18:15). But there are legal limits to confidentiality*:
The privilege of pastoral confidentiality may not apply EU wide, and does not extend to the coaching context. If you choose to confess serious legal crimes (like spouse/child abuse, or business/tax misconduct), this may have to be reported to law enforcement.
*) The nature of our cross-border ministry, multiple service types (pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, and leadership coaching), and the non-harmonized legal basis in the EU for the recognition of evangelical pastors creates complexity. Coaching follows ethical guidelines but is not privileged in confidentiality.

In the community, what is shared in a forum or small group is supposed to stay in this circle of people. Nonetheless, please consider wisely, what you are sharing; this is about the experience on your entrepreneurial and faith journey.
Crowdfunding
100% of your crowdfunding contribution goes toward our work at Kingdom Entrepreneur, specifically into making and sharing new content, or developing and providing pastoral care.
Your contribution is a crowdfunding donation that is not tax-deductible, and not refundable. It is either donation-based (helping build KE without direct return for yourself), or rewards-based (helping us fund new courses and services by pre-ordering).
We are committed to putting the funds to use as described and seek to deliver on schedule.
