What is spiritual direction for entrepreneurs?
Spiritual Direction is a relationship of accompaniment, where you and a spiritual director explore and deepen your relationship with God. It’s a process of prayer and conversation focused on increasing your awareness of God’s presence in your life and facilitating surrender to His will. It’s a sacred space where you learn to attune to the gentle whispers of the Holy Spirit, learning to discern His guidance in both the extraordinary and ordinary moments of your life, and then respond to His call. Spiritual direction aims to nurture an authentic connection and sincere dialogue with God, guiding you towards a life of greater spiritual awareness, clarity, and purpose.
The true Director in this relationship is the Holy Spirit, guiding you towards greater alignment with God’s love and will. The Holy Spirit is already at work in your life, guiding you on your unique spiritual quest. Spiritual accompaniment is not about starting something new, but rather about deepening and enriching the relationship with God that you already have.
Spiritual Direction is distinct from my other pastoral services: We will emphasize your overall spiritual growth and intimacy with God, exploring your prayer life and spiritual experiences in an ongoing relationship of accompaniment. It is more contemplative and suggestive in nature, and involves prayer and spiritual exercises.

What are the transformation goals in spiritual direction?
Spiritual direction is about deepening your personal relationship with God, which may indirectly enhance your leadership. You’ll develop a keener sense of discernment, learning to recognize God’s voice amidst the noise of daily life and to follow His leading with greater confidence and clarity.

What to expect in spiritual direction?
In spiritual direction, we will have regular one-on-one sessions, where conversation and prayer are central. Between sessions, you will engage in spiritual exercises designed to help you recognize and respond to God’s presence. As your spiritual director, I will listen, ask reflective questions, and help you attune to the presence and leading of the Holy Spirit in your life and in your entrepreneurial endeavor.
In our spiritual direction sessions, we will:
- Engage in prayerful and reflective conversation focused on your spiritual journey
- Explore your experience of God in your daily life and work
- Practice spiritual exercises to enhance your awareness of God’s presence
- Meditate on Scripture, particularly the Gospels, to encounter Jesus more deeply
- Develop practices to increase your God-consciousness throughout your day
- Work together through spiritual challenges, including periods of dryness or darkness
- Cultivate a posture of surrender to God’s loving will for you.
Sessions: For the spiritual direction, we will meet weekly or every two weeks; this gives you the opportunity to discern God’s presence in your life and share your experience in our sessions. Sessions last one hour and are conducted online via web conferencing.
Commitment: Spiritual accompaniment is typically ongoing, with the duration tailored to your spiritual needs and growth. Packages of 3, 6 and 12 sessions to purchase or renew are available (see below).
Confidentiality: I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing space where you can openly explore your relationship with God, wrestle with questions of faith, and grow in your capacity to recognize and respond to God’s leading in your life and work.
Available languages: My language skills allow for nuanced spiritual accompaniment conversations in English, French, and Italian.
Additional resources: All resources for spiritual exercises, like lectio divina (contemplative Bible reading) or the Ignatian daily examen (reflective end of day prayer), will be provided.
Community access: You will get access to our KE Community and the dedicated Pastoral Services forum; here you may ask questions between sessions and share experiences with other entrepreneurs.

As your spiritual director, my role is to listen deeply to both you and the Holy Spirit, offering encouragement, insights, and gentle guidance as we discern how God’s is working in your life.
My approach is informed by my unique blend of theological training, business acumen, and pastoral experience:
- Studying a Bachelor in Theology, specializing in biblical studies and pastoral care
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in leadership and organizational development, organizational psychology and behavior
- Pastor for Entrepreneurs, dedicated to serving Christian entrepreneurs at the intersection between church and the startup community
- Executive Leadership Coach, contributing insights into the challenges faced by Christian leaders
This allows me to guide you in deepening your spiritual life while understanding the unique personal and professional challenges you may face as a Christian entrepreneur and leader in the secular world.
